I am an enthusiast in economics and politics, and I am also a dedicated traveller. Business development is my profession, and I have done it for companies in the finance and media industries since 1994.
I have a BS in Economics from the Buenos Aires University (Argentina), and a Finance/Banks MBA from CEMA (Argentina). I spent my first 7 years working for ABN AMRO Bank, for the Corporate Banking unit first and then on Mergers & Acquisitions.
I left ABN AMRO to set up my own dot-com start up (at least 24-months late, on mid-2000!). The dot-com was named Preguntario.com, an expert site like Yahoo Answers. A few months later Preguntario ended up forgotten as I joined Endemol International (Big Brother, Fear Factor, Deal or not Deal, etc.), to co-lead the Internet business of this TV production company in Argentina.
I spent 7 years with Endemol (with a break in 2001-2003), developing new media business around Latin America, mostly call tv shows, mobile content and sms applications for game shows, in addition to the exploitation of the realities´ web sites. I worked in Argentina, México, The Netherlands, Colombia, Brazil, and did business in virtually every country in Latin America. Got to know marvelous people, exotic places and tough business parners. It was fun. Endemol & I made money and friends (guess who got the friends!).
Tired of so much travelling, I moved back to México on late 2007. I spent 2008 working for Interpublic, running the digital business for both Inititive Media and Universal Mccann. Since November 2008, I run the Neo@Ogilvy business for Ogilvy México. Neo is the digital media unit of Ogilvy One and is one of the leading digital media buyers in México. I was born in Chacabuco, Argentina, on 1.970. I am a food & wine enthusiast, I love cooking, and Jorge Luis Borges and Domingo Faustino Sarmiento are what gets closer to idols for me.
